Mr. Chris is an outstanding insurance agent! His phone etiquette is professional and social skills are phenomenal. Every time I call the office, he treats me like we’ve known each other forever. I would like to honor him by stating he is proficient, professional, and proper. I recently purchased a vehicle and called the office to insurance. The insurance agency system recognize my phone number, so I was verified in less than a minute. I have had horrible insurance experiences where I’m on the phone for 10 minutes before I could get anything done and calling Chris was quick and super easy being that the system recognized my phone number. Highly recommend asking for Chris. 100 out of 5 stars.

What can I say about this office and Lexi? Plenty of amazing things! Lexi is wonderful in all the ways you can imagine❤️ She was able to get me renters AND full coverage on my car for around $125 total when I was paying $130 for BASIC LIABILITY ONLY with Allstate! You cannot beat that price in 2025! Their office has been wonderful with me as well! You receive actual communication with real people who CARE and want to help you out! No automated communication! I had a card problem on my end and my payment didn't go through so I called and they were able to fix it for me. Thank you guys for a great insurance switch!

It has been great working with Brett. They were not just gave better pricing, coverage but also prompt in reposing queries. Also additional follow-up . This is 1st time I saw excellent support from insurance agent.

Lexi was awesome! We were up against a short timeline to get a new Homeowner Policy in place due to our old company pulling out of the market. Lexi went above and beyond to get us a great quote on a new HO policy as well as new auto policies. We were extremely grateful for her excellent customer service and friendly attitude. I want to start by saying… Brett Bauer is the Absolute Best Agent I’ve ever had! He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough and mindful. I can also say, I trust him…and that’s really something to say when it comes to insurance agents and companies. In the process of me changing insurance companies due to extremely higher rates. A year after leaving State Farm to find better rates in Illinois(where I lived at the time) I get a call from Taylor in Hensley’s office down here in Texas. I told her what I was paying with another major insurance carrier and she told me she would like to see if she can get me even better rates, and if I’d be willing to return to State Farm. She set me up with more coverage for less money. She was super informative, and made sure that all of my questions were answered every step of the way. Taylor is fantastic!

Our insurance needs are a little complicated and switching over our home and auto coverages is always a bit of a challenge. But Brett listened and was very thorough. He’s attentive and responsive. We are saving money and I feel in good hands.

I wanted to leave a review on my personal experience with State Farm insurance. I believe her name was Samantha, and Lexie. They are both very helpful and very knowledgeable. Samantha was very nice to me over the phone making sure all my questions were answered, as well as very informative throughout our conversation. Lexie on the other hand is very patient, and understanding. Those are the most best qualities a person can have. I do feel very understood/welcomed here by the 2 of them. Jordan proactively reached out to me due to being a former customer, to see if she could gain back my business. It was perfect timing as my rates with my current insurance have increased year over year with high deductible options. As we spoke she provided a quote for both renters and auto, that not only saved me almost $300 a month but gave superior coverage! It was the phone call I didn’t know I needed and made my day!
