Well, this review is because I took the time to do research. I’m looking for someone to fix my mower, but after going through your reviews, it won’t be you! After reading your replies, I think you need a course in customer service and respect. If you choose to treat paying customers like that, that’s your decision, but I wonder how many customers you are loosing by your reviews, have a great day, Nice response looser! Is that supposed to impress someone, it don’t! Keep your 10 year old brat attitude, everyone can see by your posts your insecure, obnoxious attitude, grow up and take a course on respect , it will go a long way, good day

Dropped off my stihl chainsaw to have the oiler replaced! Within 14 days my saw was back to work as if it was brand new! Excellent work Excellent communication and what I feel is a very fair price! Will continue to do business with them as long as I have equipment that needs to be fixed!

Brent helped me repair my Toro Riding tractor this summer after a drive belt broke. I had him do the repairs on site at my house and my appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out. The on-site repair is more convenient on my end, but he mentioned the pick-up / drop-off repair being faster in turn-around time, especially in the peak summer months when plenty of lawn care engines come in. Price was very nice and much better than what the local Tru-Value quoted! Paid with cash, not sure if CC's was accepted. Great value and I will be using him again in the future.

I had my John Deere lawn mower serviced in 2021 to get ready for spring. When it came back to me the paint was missing off the deck, the blades came off of a gater and were not mulching blades. The spindle was broke. I was unable to mow all summer because it would not cut evenly and I didn't want it to break further. I have taken it to a John Deere dealer this year 2022 and the damaged was confirmed. My advice would be to take before and after pictures before leaving with this business.

I have to give a one-star because a zero-star is not an option.. horrible customer service.. a 10-day estimated turn around was almost 7 weeks.. told me my impeller was bad then two weeks later said there was nothing wrong with it..2 WEEKS!!!!! He never looked at it just guessed!!!! Lost the key to the ignition and lock.. he did replace both.. the icing on the cake was when he told me to stop whining after not hearing a progress on the boat for a few weeks..I obviously we'll never give him my business again nor refer him to anybody..

I took my grandfathers old riding mower there for repair. It is sentimental to me. Not only was it repaired it was spotless when returned. MUCH better condition than I ever imagined. Literally made me cry! I love these guys!

Competent, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions. Chainsaw was running perfect. I will be taking my small engine repairs to his shop.

Got an "estimate" to repair generator of $75 to clean carb and install in line fuel filter. Showed up and turned into $200. FYI I told them the model of generator and work needed before I brought it in. If your doing the math that is 260% over the estimate. Waste of a trip and heavy lifting.

Thanks to Brents took my Husqvarna in for repair thought it would take a week same day service outstanding! I'll be sending all my small engine repairs!

The guys are very rude and they gripe about everything. One of them always has a drink in his hand and holding a cigarette in the other not doing anything. And the other guy is very rude and isn't respectful at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
