Extremely unprofessional and extremely bad service. I had a dumpster Saturday-Monday. On Monday I was told it would be picked up on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and they are a no show so now I’m told it will be picked up wensday. By then people had already dumped thinks in my dumpster past the fill line. Even though because of them being late allowed people to dump things in my dumpster instead of working with me on this or even just calling me to tell me it was over filled they not only dumped trash that wasn’t mine in my yard they broke it… absolutely would never recommend this service to my dog. I’ll be sure to tell my landlord who recommended them to me to go else where.

I do not care if there is somewhere that has dumpsters for rent for a lower price (there probably isn't). I do not care if there is somewhere that can get a dumpster to you faster (no one probably can). Brennen Disposal & Excavation delivers better than anyone else does. This was by far and large the best customer service experience I have ever received in disposal services, with them even working with us on our rental time due to weather delays, and they had great communication the entire time for us to coordinate drop-off and pickup of the dumpster. If you need to rent a dumpster (or need any other services they provide), they will take care of you better than anyone. A rare quality to be able to experience in the world we live in today! The dumpster was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. Drivers were very professional and friendly.

Fast service! I started a dumpster reservation online. They called within a couple hours and scheduled the drop-off for the next day, and they were exactly on time. Delivery took like 5 minutes. Easy 5-star!
