Brennan's Fence Installations

Brennan's installed a semi-private wood fence for us. We love teh fence and feel it upgraded our entire property. Brennan's was a delight to work with--every person we interacted with, from Zack, a helpful and very professional guy who did the estimate, to the lovely person who does scheduling on the phone, to the crew who did the install. All extremely professional and the craftsmanship is excellent. We couldn't be happier.

The good: office staff and crew friendly-'supervisor' meh. While install was pushed back, it was weather related. I did have to call for updates myself. Very unhappy with fence. They did not level the ground build up from previous fence that had been installed for 15yrs. Then they installed fence above the highest point, leaving easy escapes opportunities for my pets. They also left a huge gap between the fence and house. Purpose of fence is to keep pets in. They came out and repaired gap. Lowered some parts of fence and charged extra to put longer pickets in some areas. Again refusing to level the ground. Area of longer pickets are not straight and they have not responded to contact. Also found 1 picket not nailed at the bottom and pushed open. I do not usually do negative reviews.. but since they are not responding, thought it may help. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
