I had a great experience with Breakpoint Pools and Spa Services. They were professional, on time, and did an excellent job. The quality of their work really shows, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool and spa service.

I needed a last-minute hot tub cleaning for my Airbnb, and Seth was super helpful. He came on last minute notice. he fixed a few issues that I didn’t even know I had. The hot tub looks brand new. Will definitely be using Seth for all my future cleanings!

Seth was absolutely amazing ! He was quick and had fast and open communication. We had a doctors appointment to go to and he still came out and cleaned the pool and even added water to it for us and then messaged us photos and let us know when he was leaving so we would know how long the hose was on. The fact that I could go do what we needed to but still get our pool cleaned was the winner for me ! We are always very busy so I am never home enough to wait for an appointment. He’s amazing and we will definitely be using him again. I highly recommend. His prices are amazing as well! So reasonable! Thank you Seth!

I called Seth (at Breakpoint) out of the blue for a one-off pool cleaning and he was here within a half hour. The pool had gotten a little bad and he told me he'd need to shock it, come back in a few hours to check on progress, and then finish the cleaning. He showed up and was friendly, got right to work, shocked it, and did a "clarify" right away. Later backwashed and rinsed the sand filter. He came back later that day, cleared it out & vacuumed. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and all for a very competitive price. I'm really glad I found Breakpoint because I've had a painful time corresponding with the other 2 'big groups' in the area. Breakpoint did it faster, better, and cheaper than the competition. I was desperate for a last minute cowboy pool repair and refresh before my new tenants moved in, and Seth not only had the best price, but he made it happen the same day! He was very quick to respond, and the pool is no longer leaking & is looking immaculate! Huge thanks Seth!

Unfortunately this has been a very disappointing experience. Initially, Seth was responsive and on it. However, a month after repairing my tub, the panel broke. I reached out in late August to get it fixed. It’s now mid-October and after chasing him down for weeks, the panel is still not repaired. He consistently goes dark and unresponsive. When he does respond he gives me erroneous and meaningless dates that come and go and nothing is ever resolved. I would avoid and recommend using someone else.

Seth saved the day! My spa was leaking and I had guests coming over soon. He came over within an hour and took care of the problem very efficiently. I’m a customer for life!
