Boiler was giving us trouble, pressure dropping overnight. The team at brawncosy were able to sort it out for us the next day. Very friendly and courteous service in organising the engineer to come out And the engineer fully fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Great service. Will be back and would recommend them to anyone. 10/10

Turned up on time, worked quickly and efficiently sorting the issue without trying to upsell, and left the area in an excellent condition. Even gave tips on how to cut down on heating bills! An outstanding experience from this company. My partner and I had booked Brett in to give us a quote on a new boiler as ours had been playing up, upon hearing that we had been without heating for 9 days he changed his schedule to get us that quote as soon as possible to get us back up and running. We ended up going with him for the instillation process too as he showed great care throught our house during the quotation. The Instillation took 1 day (0900-1700) this was to take out the old boiler re-do some pipework and install a new boiler with some extras. He left us with a fully functioning boiler, absolutely zero mess and in very quick time. He is a very kind, respectful man with a vast knowledge of boilers so if you are looking to get any work done you don't need to look any further, this is your guy.

Boiler engineer who treats you like a human, with kindness and respect, rather than being a nuisance, and doesn't make a fuss that your boiler's 'old', therefore needs replaced. If it can be fixed, then this is the better alternative, if it's doable. Truly appreciate the continuity of customer care and speed with which Brett delivers his advice and work. Thank you

Brett was fantastic, took on extra work like servicing the boiler and sorting leaking radiators after originally coming just to cap and remove an old gas fire - and he left the work areas clean and tidy.
