The Bravo Family Mortuary is a Class Act.
My experience there was incredible. They took the fear and anxiety away from having to blindly navigate the process of American post mortem traditions and were a light on its dark path.
Their iteration of a modern mortuary feels like an extension of home.
Comfortable / Clean / Inviting.
They have designed the space and furnishings in a way that isn't oppressive, antiquated or cliché. Its a beautiful place that feels safe and fosters community and helped us elevate our occasion to the true meaning of Celebration Of Life
From the onset of my need for answers and guidance, co-owner Steve Olsher made me feel confident in my choice to remit care of my father to them.
All of their staff that worked on our services were helpful and always a step ahead. They allowed for communication to be easy and made the entire process smooth, seamless and somehow less scary.
I had the fortune of having Penny as our funeral director. I feel lucky and blessed to have worked with her and the team (Kara & Zoe). Its like the 'something thats gteater and unseen' guided me in their direction.
Everything in its right place.
The level of empathy & compassion we were served exceeded my expectations exponentially.
At a time of deep grief when life feels fragile and brief,
and I'm floating in a most peculiar way,
and the stars look very different today...
Having just buried my father yesterday, I truly hope you don’t need to call a funeral home or mortuary any time soon, but when that day comes I hope my review inspires you to look further into taking your business and your loved one to Bravo.
Steve, Penny, Kara, Jennifer and all the folks at BFM: from the very bottom of that place where our veins meet, my family thanks you.
