Chris came out immediately and took care of a baby Possom that had somehow made it into my house. I was beyond freaked out, and he was very calming and reassuring, and I appreciated his promptness. Happy to recommend him hopefully I won’t need him anytime soon!

He responded right away and was able to come out the same day I requested service. He set a trap and even came back out to reset it when needed. The possum was captured within 72 hours. He removed the animal and filled the hole it was digging through. Very professional, responsive, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Finally got fed up with the groundhog in my yard when I found two burrows right up against my foundation. Chris was here to drop off and set up a live trap within half an hour of my call. A few days later the trap was full of groundhog and Chris was back to relocate him within an hour - on a Saturday! He also filled in one of the burrows for me. Thanks, Chris! Will keep in my contacts in case of future need.

I had a positive , prompt, and professional experience with Chris. This morning we sadly discovered a dead adult doe (deer) on our property. In our area, the police/wildlife teams do not do removal and it must be handled by private services. I called several (about 7) different companies: all were significantly higher priced and couldn’t get out here for another 3-4 days. With children on the property, and high temps the next few days, decomposition by that point would’ve been not only unpleasant but an increased heath/safety risk. Thankfully, I found Brasseurs Animal Removal on a Google search. Chris promptly shared the pricing and methods of payment and told me he could get out same day. He gave me a heads up when he was headed in our direction. He was friendly, helpful, and quickly removed the doe from our property. His pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely call Chris again for future animal removal or trapping. Thanks for your help, Chris!

I do not recommend hiring this person. I called him out because I was hearing a noise in an area of my house that I was sure to be a squirrel. I identified the hole in my house where I believed the squirrel was getting in. I called this man out to help be sure that nothing was in this area/have the squirel removed so I could close the hole. He charged $100 for an "inspection" of my house which was not thorough. I pointed out the hole to him and he swore up and down that it was not big enough for a squirrel and instead insisted I must have mice. He then tried to charge me $150 extra for him dropping six small blocks of mouse poison in my attic. I gave those back to him and refused to pay for something I did not believe I needed. Well turns out I was correct and that it is a squirrel getting into the hole that "no squirrel could fit through." I have it on video. I pointed him exactly to the entry point, told him exactly what the problem was, and gave this guy $100 all for him to do nothing. Do not hire. Edited to say: call the company Critter Control instead. Their inspection fee is free or $49 depending on your area and they'll apply that fee to any work they do. Much better deal! Response to owner's response: I 1) I refused to pay for the mouse treatment because I did not need it. I do not have a mouse problem. I have a squirrel problem. You were trying to sell me something I did not need. 2) A squirrel can fit through a very small hole. See the attached photo from Google that says that a squirrel can fit through a golf ball sized hole. Also see the attached photo of the hole in my house. 3) Please see the attached photo of the squirrel near the hole and the video of the squirrel going into the hole. 4) I will wait for the refund you have promised and will update my review when it is received. Perhaps the first video posted was cut short. I've shortened it and reposted so you can see the end of the video where the squirrel clearly goes into the hole in my house. Also, I don't care what type of squirrel it is. The point is that I paid you $100 to inspect for squirrels and other pests. You assured me that no squirrel could get in the hole I showed you and instead you tried to sell me something I did not need for a problem I do not have. The problem is in fact a squirrel that's getting in the hole you claim no squirrel can fit in, as evidenced by the shortened video clip I've provided. I await my refund as promised. Here is a new video of TWO squirrels going into the hole.

Awful service. Heard and saw squirrel activity around the house. Called Chris, and he assured us that squirrels couldn't enter the house through the likely point of entry. I had someone else come out, and they caught a squirrel the first day. Sent Chris a picture of the hole on the roof, and he still claimed it wasn't big enough for a squirrel. The entire mesh covering was added and squirrels broke through it, even though Chris assured us that squirrels could not get in. I'm not sure how he has ever gotten above three stars. Terrible customer service. All-around awful experience. Would not recommend.

I had an issue with a very bad skunk smell that was very close to my ac unit. Many-places were going to take several days but Chris understood my frustration and set a trap the same day. It took a little while but he was able to catch the animal which was the real culprit. He also guaranteed that if the trap shut accidentally that he would reset it at no charge. I would recommend Chris if you want a quick resolution for animal removal.

When I initially spoke with Chris we were way outside his regular service area and he felt bad that he was unable to assist. He called back 2 minutes later and said he’d make it work and was doing a job close enough to our home and he’d come anyway. I appreciated this so much and was so relieved. He was super helpful and super thorough in helping us identify what could potentially be going on with our chimney and potential rodent issue. Would recommend him again and again!!
