Chris and Fredy did a full existing home re-pipe including replacement of main outdoor water valve, water heater, and hose bibs. My daughter poured parafin wax down our toilet & it was completely clogged! I called Brass Monkey & they were able to accommodate me very quickly. Fredy was our technician and he was awesome!!! He was incredibly kind & informative and most importantly I did not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable having him in my home with me and my kids. They are priced fairly & I love that they wear booties on my carpet! :) Fredy even asked for a toilet brush to clean my toilet when he was done!!
