Brantford Retirement Manor

Moved our 98yr old mother into BRM 2 weeks ago and she loves her new home. We've been dealing quite a bit with the staff, Eva, Nicole and Kelly especially, and they have been nothing short of amazing!! Mom has been living alone for 26yrs and giving up her independence was a very difficult choice for her, the awesome staff are so welcoming, compassionate, and accommodating to her needs at this late stage of her life. BRM is a must tour for anyone considering a retirement home for someone they love.

This is a lovely new building for the residents to enjoy. It is bright and inviting . Moved mom there in June. She is enjoying the food, her room and the varied activities. Nicole, Eva and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are doing a fabulous job and are very caring with all the residents. Would recommend the Brantford Retirement Manor to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

John and I enjoyed 6 nights in the guest suite Sept. 2025. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Incredibly dedicated staff who go out of their way to make the manor a wonderful home. Enjoyed delicious meals and visiting with residents. A sincere thank you to everyone.

Beautiful place, great management company new building love it

My Mom moved in June of this year - the first resident at Brantford Retirement Manor. She loves her studio suite and the many other rooms of the building (activity room, exercise room, lounge, and dining room). The staff are exceptional - Eva, Nicole, Kelly and the PSW staff and dining staff. Mom is definitely calling this her "home" and has made some wonderful friendships with staff and other residents. Despite a few hiccups in the first few months (operational stuff), which has since been taken care of, I am pleased that my Mom is living here. I visit often and when I leave I can pleasantly and confidently say that I leave worry-free. Thank you for making my Mom's living experience wonderful.
