From the very first conversation, Karl has been great to deal with. Any discussions about the job were clear and I felt confident throughout the time the job lasted. We ask Karl to have a look at are shower as it was leaking. Karl phoned us up the same day to come and have a look at it told him what we wanted went to Alan Daniels looked at the shower units there picked what we wanted 3 days later Karl came to do the job. He did a proper job very pleased with it very tidy thank you Karl.
