This guy has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered for a person working in the service industry!!! He calls me 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm i would be there exactly at the appointment time. I told him yes at that time but not earlier because I’m waiting on the groomer to pick up my dog. The groomer calls at 1 pm. At 1:10 he hasn’t made it so I called and asked if I could go grab my dog because she done and the groomer is down the street. He stated he could have scheduled another job but mind you he hadn’t made it to my house yet. It literally took me 10 minutes I pulled up and he wasn’t at my house, so I called. He said he was on a tight schedule and left. If offered me an appointment the following day that I declined. This is where I went wrong. Fast forward to three days I thought I would try again because I was home for the day. He didn’t show up on time. About 40 minutes into the appointment time we spoke and I mentioned his tardiness and the past experience. He told me times have changed and he’s in charge. I wait on him but he doesn’t wait on me. He could show up when he wanted if I want the service!

Stay away from this guy Luis, He’s so unprofessional I seen his sign up while driving and decided to give him the benefit of the doubt to replace a fuel pump. He said he could come right away then later texted me that he took another job and would be a hour late and he’ll take $20 off. lol $20 off $350 that he quoted me. He quoted me 1hr labor when the shops all said it’s a 6hr job. Should’ve known then he didn’t know what he was doing. I waited on him then once he came first thing he said was payment is upfront before I do any work you pay me first. I told him Nowhere on this earth do u get paid before you finish a job. He said pay or I leave. “RUDE”. the man showed up at my house & afterwards immediately he said “I’m tired and I’m hungry and I wonnna go eat so I’ll come back tomorrow”! Then he made a pass at me saying after he fix my car he can take me to lunch. Immediately made me uncomfortable as a women with this big man in my garage. I declined. He left and later was supposed to come back to do the job but I arranged for a male to be at my home with me while he did the work due to the inappropriate comments he made flirting. and he blocked me, my calls went straight to voicemail. I called from another number to make sure and he answered then hung up in my face after knowing who I was. He also parked his raggedy pick up truck that barely starts and kept cutting off in my driveway and left a puddle of oil that will not come out my driveway. Do not waste your time doing business with this guy. Highly unprofessional, rude and don’t know what he’s doing. And especially ladies please RUN!

Replaced my brake pads faster than those NASCAR pit crews! Seriously! Luis is a solid mechanic, will use him for future work on my Mini Cooper. All the shops around my area were trying to overcharge, and I'm not a fan of the upsell! So support your local business!

The first thing out of his mouth was $100 for brake work minimum. Edit: And no I did not ask if he took ebt. I got confused when he asked me my location because I had driven to the address shown on his Google maps advertisement, I tried to explain when I didn't know, just a vacant lot..

I had him come look at my car and although he seemed like a nice guy I dont believe he had any intention on fixing my car. If anything I think he was only there for the $65 diagnostic fee. I wanted to have my ignition coal and fuel injector replaced. He said that for him to take off the intake manifold (might be the wrong name) that gives him access to the injector and coil it would be $150 plus an additional $65 for him to do the compression test and an additional payment to actually change the part. I dont understand the point of charging two seperate fees 1) to take off the manifold 2) to input the peices when you literally have no choice but to take off the manifold to even do the job. Plus we talked about the alternator which he said would be $280 to replace.... I think he was purposely giving outrageous quotes in hopes of me of me denying the service and him keeping the diagnostic fee. Furthermore, the diagnostic fee doesnt even get applied to the service that too is a seperate charge. The only reason I even reached out is because my current reliable mechanic is on vacation and won't be back for a little over a week so I was hoping to get it done sooner. But ill wait because his prices dont seem fair or reasonable. Also on his business card he said free over the phone quotes but when I called him he wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. Lastly, I didn't really like that the first thing he said to me on the phone and in person was basically that hes a real mechanic and that hes not like these fake mechanics. You dont have to put down other mechanics just to prove that your a good mechanic but yeah proceed with caution

Luis is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He showed up on time, within an hour of me calling. He did the job very quickly and at the best price I could find. I had my front brakes, rotors, and brake pad sensors, on my Mercedes roadster, replaced. Pretty awesome when a mechanic can come to you, and still beat everyone else’s prices. Note: I did pay more than $39.99 for the brake job, which I saw advertised on Craigslist, but we agreed on a price over the phone, and having bought the brakes and rotors myself, the extra charge was completely fair and reasonable. Update June 2021: I had Luis do my rear rotors, brakes and an oil change. Same great service and price!

Watch out for this guy, he destroyed my brakes in my car. When I’m driving they sound louder then before he fixed them. He refuses to come back and fix them. I do not believe that he is licensed and will report him to the DMV as he states in his posts.

This is a total scam. He destroyed my wife’s brakes and refuses to come back and fix them. I should of read all his reviews before calling him.

I was in a pickle and been calling around for quotes for a couple days now . Every mobile place I called gave me a quote of $200 plus to come to my house and change out my front breaks. Mind you, I already purchased the new break pads . Then IT dawned on me that I had LUIS number stored in my phone from a previous break job he did for me a few years back. From the time I called him to him completely finishing the job , was literally 1 hour. Talk about express mobile service. His service was out of this world. I will recommend him to everyone. Best prices in town. Very honest with his quotes and very trustworthy.. Hit him up for all your needs
