In today’s latest market update, we’ll compare some key year-over-year statistics between March 2018 and March 2017 for three different areas: Deforest, Sun Prairie, and Madison. In Deforest, the number of total home sales dropped from 31 in March 2017 to 23 in March 2018. In Sun Prairie and Madison, however, the number of total sales rose.
