Today we wanted to look back at the 2021 market and compare it to previous years. Both counties saw decent year-over-year appreciation, but inventory is still low, especially in Dane County. Over the last 20 years, they both appreciated around 50%, which is a nice, solid number considering how the 2006 crash impacted prices.
