BR Needham have been brilliant!! Both Chris and Debbie have been fantastic in helping me secure the right mortgage for me. They were always on hand to advise and answer any questions I had as a first time buyer. Even after they have secured the mortgage, they are regularly checking in and offering help in other areas of the buying process.

Initially, Chris (director) was helpful during the remortgaging process. He found us a remortgage deal with our current provider and assured us that his team would check the rates weekly and let us know if the rate decreased. This was so we could swap to a lower rate before our current fixed term expired. I rarely heard from Chris after the first remortgage offer. I tried to contact him and his team multiple times via email and phone, but he rarely got back to me. As this was our first time remortgaging, we had many questions regarding the remortgage. Chris did not explain the process well and left many unanswered questions. Again, when trying to contact him, I could not reach him. Due to the lack of communication and due diligence, I would not recommend his services. It is unacceptable that mortgage advisors receive such high commissions for such poor service.
