Matt represented me years ago. I had a positive experience, which is why I reached out again in October 2025 to have my records expunged. I was genuinely excited to reconnect with him and share how much my life has changed since then. Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told I would receive a callback, but no one ever followed up. I was so discouraged. After waiting and hearing nothing, I retained another attorney who filed my expungement paperwork within a day. As of today, my record is clean! Nearly two months later, on January 28, 2026, I finally received a call from this office, only because they had received mail regarding my expungement. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of communication and follow-through. I would have gladly paid their higher prices if the communication and professionalism had been there. Unfortunately, poor communication and an unprofessional receptionist cost them my business. I am grateful to have found another attorney who is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about their clients, especially the returning ones. I had carried Matt’s business card with me all these years, hoping I would be able to reconnect with him one day under better circumstances, which unfortunately did not happen. If communication, follow-through, and professionalism matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere!

My mother had to have her Will completed ASAP and after talking to several different attorneys she chose the Boyd Law Office after speaking with Brittany. My mom was very happy and Brittany answered all of her questions, numerous times, and made my mom feel comfortable in the decisions that she was making with her Estate.
