My sister and I, Visit the Drop box store today looking for a Blue loveseat and ottoman. I tell you the friendly service and Family atmosphere in the room. It was not in the showroom Mr told me to hold on Mrs Phyllis could help me. Yes she did back ordered it gave me a great discount a big smile and hug. I will be shopping here for my home furniture. What a fantastic experience from the time I walked in Dave and Phyllis are wonderful as far as customer service. There was no pressure. I got exactly what I wanted. The furniture was delivered when they said it would be delivered. I absolutely love box drop Yulee if you need any kind of furniture they are so helpful. You can’t beat the prices.

We just purchased a mattress, box springs, and a Radius recliner from BoxDrop Yulee Mattress & Furniture, and the experience was excellent. The owners — a husband-and-wife team — were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I wasn’t sure which color recliner would work best, so she even ordered two options so I could choose. That level of care really stood out. The entire process was easy and stress-free, and we’re hoping the recliner arrives in time for my art show at the end of January. I would absolutely recommend them for both quality and outstanding customer service.

We purchased a mattress and a month later a 3pc living room set. We love both. After 2 yrs it is still and nice as it was from day one. Phyllis and David are lovely people and offer top care service to their clients. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at BoxDrop Yulee! After countless hours searching online and visiting the big name stores we decided to pop in to BoxDrop and I’m so glad we did! Mr. David and Mrs. Phyllis greeted us immediately and were so helpful without any of that pushy sales behavior. Mr. David understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect living room set! We bought the coffee table too, and Mrs. Phyllis is working on sourcing some end tables to match! We plan to be back to buy a new mattress and a dining room set from them too, the service is unbeatable and the prices are unbelievable.

I could tell they take pride in what they do—everything from helping me choose the right pieces ( thank you, Phyllis) to setting delivery that worked with my timeline. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

The store had a great selection of furniture. The owners were hands down so friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing a beautiful sectional with reclining seat options along with 2 amazing cozy chairs. Highly recommend! Family owned and amazing service.

Amazing owners, amazing delivery crew! We've made multiple purchases over the years and are thrilled every time. They have a great selection, the Sapphire cooling mattress is A MUST HAVE!! We paired it with the adjustable base and LOVE IT! Just bought 2 new swivel glider recliners and they're gorgeous!!! Highly recommend!

The place is beautiful. The owners David and Phyllis were phenomenal! They greeted me right away. Showed me around the store. It was very warm and cozy felt like family.
