I called them at the recommendation of a friend that’s used them for years. They responded promptly and communicated everything very well. They were courteous and completed the job quickly and professionally. This water heater was in a terrible spot and replaced a 30 year old poorly maintained water heater. Thanks!

Nick was so helpful and honest with his recommendations. They responded very quickly on a Saturday and when he figured out that there wouldn’t t be anything he could do on a weekend to help he told me honestly instead of coming out for an emergency visit. He had me text pics and serial numbers so he could be ready to come out Monday morning. I would definitely recommend!!

Outstanding service and response to our outside water leak. Evan quickly discovered the leak location and was able to fix everything and be done in less than 2 hours. He took care to also repair the hole he had to dig so that you can barely tell he dug there. He was also patient with us and showed us what he was doing every step of the way. Truly professional and we will definitely use Bowers and Evan again

Bailed out my failed DIY rental attempt to clear a shower drain. Ben was able to come by and unstick my rental rooter and solve the problem in a timely and professional manner. Had no problems going into the crawl space and able to diagnose what was needed and have things flowing like new. Worth every dollar even on the weekend rate. Next time I won’t need to rent any equipment will just call here.

I'm always so impressed with Bowers Plumbing. The people that have come to work at my house are respectful, neat, and knowledgeable. I will always use them. When I bought this house there were a lot of plumbing problems. I had Bowers completely replace all the tubing. They have also fixed other minor problems the house had before my buying it. They have very prompt service and do a great job.

Excellent service! The technician was friendly and very informative, explaining everything in easy to understand detail. Absolutely did not “up-sale” at all..never recommended something more expensive if there were lower cost alternatives. This is the best plumbing company I’ve dealt with over the years in terms of quality of work, reasonable pricing, and integrity and trustworthiness.

Bowers Plumbing called within a few minutes of submitting a service request online. They managed to come out within an hour. Chris did a great job, going the extra mile to locate the pressure regulator, as the builder buried it 3 feet deep, change it out, and raise up the piping, regulator, and valve so it was only 18” below ground level. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained what he was encountering and confirming what he would do before doing it. I will most probably use Bowers Plumbing again in the future.

My kitchen remodel contractor referred me to Bowers last month for disconnecting old fixture and connecting new. Technician came when requested, was efficient and charge was reasonable. We had a pin hole leak on cold water supply elbow between floors this week, causing much anxiety until technician came, repaired leak and repaired water closet issue in less than an hour. Again, fee was reasonable. The dispatch was very pleasant and kept me informed of technicians arrivals. Cannot have been more impressed and appreciative of services rendered.

Nick with Bowers Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing several issues with a recently purchased 1960’s home. He worked through dealing with 60 year old plumbing to replace two sink shutoff valves, repaired a leaking outside faucet, and repaired a leaking drain pipe in the crawl space. He was very knowledgable, explained all of the issues he ran into and what our options were to move past them. I will gladly use Bowers again and highly recommend them.

Technician was very good. He came in and had my water heater removed and a new one installed very quickly. He was polite and made sure I was aware of everything going on. He stayed and made sure the system was fully pressurized and hot water was available and fully checked for leaks prior to insulating the lines and cleaning up.
