We received an excellent service from Steve today. Having given me advice over the phone on Friday, he popped over to see our car on the Sunday, diagnosed the fault and ordered the parts for repair at our home on Monday morning. Polite, helpful and reasonable price. Thank you.

What can I say? RAC Mobile Mechanics had let Me down, who knew Dealerships wouldn't have an alternator for a 21 year old Jeep 🙄!. Previous owners over enthusiastic DIY bolt tightening obstructed Me from doing the job Myself once I obtained an O/E replacement 😤. It was after Five on Friday afternoon, vehicle needed for the weekend. Other garages either didn't want to know or return My calls. Steve was in a shop returning a part , but called Me back after he'd dealt with it , and was with Me in under the expected 20 minutes and dug Me out of a hole🦸🏻‍♂️.Previous owners over enthusiasm was over come, part was fitted , car jump started ,new alternator and the battery tested. Fast work, Great price, Great Guy. Thoroughly recommend Him. Definitely going on My phones speed dial.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. I had a mechanical fault with my electric window, which left my passenger window fully open. Steve came out to me during a bank holiday weekend and helped to fix the window up and secure my vehicle. He returned once the relevant part had arrived and successfully replaced the window regulator. Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and offered a service that fitted around my working hours. I would definitely use his services again and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

Had to replace a radiator on a land rover Discovery 2. Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and hard-working. Had to problem solve a few issues which he did without missing a heartbeat. Will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

Me and the family were visiting for the bank holiday and we’re concern about a smell coming from the car. I messaged Steve, got a call back within half an hour, he came out to us that morning. Steve was friendly and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend.

Steve came out the same day to diagnose the issue, ordered the parts and fixed my car the very next day at a very good price. He was informative, explaining everything clearly and very kind to fix it in the evening, so I could get to my Mum in Southampton the next day. I thoroughly recommend him.

Fantastic service. My window on car suddenly dropped and required a new regulator, no one seemed to answer when called around and garages quoting ridiculous prices. Fixed within a few days and although i wasn't home, my Mum said he was very friendly and professional. Thank you ever so much for all your help. Highly recommend

My car had a multitude of issues and I was unsure if it was safe to drive. It was taking too long to get an appointment at a local garage. I had a quick google and stumbled upon “Bournemouth Mobile Mechanic”. Steve came out the next day. He showed me the faults and explained everything. Unlike a lot of garages who just tell you everything needs to be replaced with minimal explanation. I felt well informed and trusted his guidance. I booked the repair with him and it was completed 1 day after at a very reasonable price. Steve is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. In addition to the repairs I also asked him a random query (well maybe 10). A national named garage told me that my car had an electrical issue (due to having 1 non working daytime driving light). They wanted to book my car in with an electrical engineer and could give me no idea of the cost. Turns out they just did not install the bulb correctly and was fixed there and then. I could not believe it. For that reason alone I will only be booking with “Bournemouth Mobile Mechanic” in the future. If you are looking for a trustworthy local mechanic this is the one to use!!

Steve is my new best mechanical engineer. THANKQ SO MUCH STEVE. Bank holiday: Friday get in my car & didn’t start. Contacted Steve 9.50pm Friday night & Saturday morning Steve came round as promised, returned 6.30 Saturday evening & solved the problem. Car working fantastic. 5 stars + more & 100% fantastic mobile mechanic.
