I have used Nev and his team in two separate properties in Melbourne CBD on multiple occasions. From water leaks to new kitchen plumbing and gas install. Nev is always professional, quick to respond and has a great team. Great at problem solving. Saved my but when water ingress issue occurred in my apartment and i was overseas. Highly recommend.

The group responded so fast to have someone here, initially booked for next week to do a GAS compliance certificate for my rental agreement, however after finding that my bathroom was flooded this morning I rang them and asked could they come today instead, this is a 9 day difference, and they did! 3hrs later they showed up and took care of the flooding and the Gas compliance certificate in one. They are amazing. Never met another company willing to go the extra mile for the client. Thank you for all you hard efforts, sorry about the flattish Lemonade but its all I had to offer. I'm completely satisfied with Nevel's work on my central heating unit. My house is warm again! He also squeezed in some time to replace the leaking laundry taps with the correct fixtures, which was really appreciated (as I hadn't asked for that when making the booking). Just purchased a property and the vendor REA contracted Bourke to turn the gas back on after settlement. I was there at the time and had already turned the line back on, but the gent went out of his way to check the gas appliances and did some work to ensure they were functioning properly. First class service!
