Bountiful Laundry - Your Neighborhood Laundromat

They’re honestly a really nice laundromat — clean, fast, and welcoming. I’ve always liked coming here, even though I drive out of my way to Bountiful and the prices are a bit higher than average. It’s usually worth it. That said, the last five or six times I’ve visited, there have been a lot of technical problems with the Speed Queen app and service. It used to work great, but lately it’s been full of issues — not allowing you to add funds, locking machines when a cycle finishes, mismatched machine numbers, and washers showing as “running” when they’re actually not, preventing you from starting a load. I really hope you’re able to get the Speed Queen system sorted out, because I genuinely like this place. I just worry the ongoing app problems might start driving customers away.

Extremely overpriced. The machines literally charge you extra $1.00 for “warm” water! How much extra for hot?? too afraid to look! Overall everything costs about 30% to 50% extra than close by laundromats. This place has decent atmosphere and is clean, but is NOT FOR budget conscious customers AT ALL. Be aware this place REQUIRES you to use the very irritating Speed Queen app on your phone or the equally irritating Speed Queen kiosk. Cash bills or CC only. Also.. no sign of any staff to help nor even something simple like a button or bell to ring for help. Frustrating place. I spent time filling my washer with clothes and detergent only to have my washer interface glitch out. No way to get any help!!

12/10 recommend !! •different sizes of machines (1-8 load machines) •takes 20-25 min to wash •you can pay for organic hypo allergenic detergent that the machine dispenses (I forgot my detergent at home so this was huge!) •You can pay at the kiosk in the store, with the clerk or on the app! Card or cash! •the facility is so nice, clean, and high tech. We are between machines right now but this place makes me want to do my laundry here instead of at home !! I’m so impressed it’s so efficient and just amazing.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I have been going to the white coin laundromat 10+ years and my brother had suggested we should come here and we have been passing and seeing this laundromat but never went in. Glad we did everything was spectacular some of the machines are updated to the max and doesnt leak of water and everything is clean and spotless. Also once you put the coin in it doesn't start till you select your cycle and hit start I love it!! And they have snacks and drinking machines again also updated. And also have a waiting area with nice seats and have more folding areas and thankfully it was nice and cool not like the other laundromat with just a plug in fan and leaving the door open even letting more heat in. If yall are looking for a good laundromat I highly recommend this place 10 out 10 😁👍

Highly recommend this place if you're in need to do laundry. You can pay at a kiosk instead of the app, big overload dryers, 2 vending machines, bathroom and a TV. clean inside as well

I recently visited the local Laundromat and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The machines were all in good working order and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The people there are super nice, we went to wash a bunch of blankets we thought it would take around two hours but it only took an hour. We washed 10 comforter

This place is always clean, the staff and owner are kind, the machines are in great condition with good variety, never too busy, ample folding space, change machine always available, soft water, SMOKE FREE, place to sit and watch the news, good parking...a lot of positives about this place! The staff and owner are always helpful and take pride in their work and interactions with their clientele. It is located close to a few banks, food options, grocery store, shopping, I-15. My laundry always come out clean and is dry faster than I can fold it. Happy to say I am impressed EVERY time I come here!

It had been a long time since I'd been in a laundromat. This site and equipment were very clean, I was impressed by being able to pay electronically rather than have to get coins. The machines even have an option to add the soap. This will be my go to site when I need a laundromat.

I love to leave reviews of a small business company when they are really trying their best. I am honest, and an hour ago I would not have given a five star review. I was getting so frustrated. Two machines took partial money, but then would not take the rest, leaving me with money lost. I looked around, and on the office door was a phone number to text for help, so I did. The owners Nate and Heather responded right away, and came down within 10 minutes! To help me get my washer going. Yes, it took more time, but I was so impressed by their desire to help keep even one customer satisfied. Nate mentioned that they were doing a huge, not to mention extremely expensive for a small company, upgrade. We'll soon be able to pay with a card/app. I love that, because getting quarters is such a huge pain!! I will definitely continue coming here. On top of the service, it is clean and comfortable! I hope you'll feel comfortable supporting this small local business!
