Bountiful Laundry - Your Neighborhood Laundromat

Cute and clean. The problem is that we only needed to use the dryer one time; our dryer at home died at the beginning of a cycle and so while waiting for maintenance to come (which can take a couple days), we brought our wet laundry here to dry. We brought a $10 believing it is more than enough, and it is. However, you can’t just put cash in. You need an app or you use their machine which deposits the rest of the money in your account or on a key card. We won’t be back so they get to keep $6.50 in an account that will be used once. Super frustrating and really shouldn’t be allowed at any facility. Edit: the key card is 4 bucks….

Used to come here when the washer and dryer I had in my first apartment weren't hooked up. Once the washer was working, I came to use the dryers. I would read while waiting for my clothes to dry. Then one day, I was told that I couldn't use the dryers. Basically, I couldn't use the dryers unless I used the washers. So, I arranged to have the dryer in the apartment to start working. Never returned. I understand the business aspect of the whole thing, but I was willing to pay to have my clothes dried. They lost me as a customer forever.
