Bountiful Laundry - Your Neighborhood Laundromat

They’re honestly a really nice laundromat — clean, fast, and welcoming. I’ve always liked coming here, even though I drive out of my way to Bountiful and the prices are a bit higher than average. It’s usually worth it. That said, the last five or six times I’ve visited, there have been a lot of technical problems with the Speed Queen app and service. It used to work great, but lately it’s been full of issues — not allowing you to add funds, locking machines when a cycle finishes, mismatched machine numbers, and washers showing as “running” when they’re actually not, preventing you from starting a load. I really hope you’re able to get the Speed Queen system sorted out, because I genuinely like this place. I just worry the ongoing app problems might start driving customers away.

Used to come here all the time years ago and agree with the older reviews, not sure if it was the owner or just an employee but there was an older man who was just a dick. Constantly harassing you about what machines you're using. Trying to get you to use other ones or more expensive ones. I stopped coming here because of that. But washer broke so came last week for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades they've made. The machines are nice. The app was easy to use and nice to not juggle coins and it's always been an extremely clean place which hasn't changed. So three stars.....it's ok.
