Even though I didn’t end up getting my hair done, I felt compelled to write this review because my experience with Shonda was exceptional from start to finish. I found her online and reached out for a consultation. She answered my call personally, quickly sent me a scheduling link, and made the whole process incredibly smooth and well-organized. During our consultation, we discussed different extension options, and Shonda was thorough, informative, and genuinely helpful. I mentioned I was also considering clip-in extensions since I wasn’t quite ready to commit to beaded ones. Shonda told me she’d follow up the following Tuesday with ordering clip-in extensions for me and right on schedule, I received a detailed text at 9 a.m. with all the information I needed. Even from just a consultation, it’s clear that Shonda is professional, punctual, and truly attentive. She listens carefully and offers personalized recommendations based on your hair care needs. I had such a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable stylist!

I cannot believe that after 3 years of struggling with hair issues I found Shonda. What a wonderful experience! Shonda is not just talented, she is creative, kind, welcoming and truly CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS. The time and effort that is put into ensuring that you are comfortable, informed about your options and invited to contact her with questions is refreshing and unique. When she finished my hair I had to rush back for a conference call, and even the staff on my call commented on how beautiful my hair looked. I’m so grateful for her help given my private struggles with hair loss. She made me feel seen and offered suggestions based on my preferences. I’m just so grateful- words alone are insufficient.

I have been with Shonda for almost a year now and I can honestly say that I have finally found MY hairstylist. I live out of state and I am willing to drive to her every 2 weeks. That says a lot!! I have been shopping for a hairstylist for so long and I have never been satisfied with anyone else but Shonda. My hair is healthy and the hairstyles are always on point. I get so many compliments! She’s also very flexible, professional, and friendly. I blindly trust her with my hair.

I had my meet and greet with Shonda at the end of last month and let me tell you the amount of relaxation I felt when I was there was beyond amazing!!! Her spirit was so welcoming, warm, caring and kind. She took her time to listen as I explained my hair situation and she understood and let me know my options. She explained everything that she did down to the T. She explained it so well I didn’t have more then 2 questions lol. Guys I scheduled my appointments so fast it wasn’t even funny. I can’t wait for my first appointment. June 20th is not coming fast enough 🥺 lol
