Best experience ever!! Edwin See and his team are simply fantastic! I have been in many hair salons around the world which celebrities go to, but this one beats many of them and made it into my top 3! The service, the level of awareness and care, the quality of products used and the competence are outstanding. Highly recommend this place! An honest review from a walk-in customer. Did my haircut and treatment here, all the staff (especially the stylist, Cindy) were super friendly and professional. Loved the head massage 😂 honestly can beat some massage shops LOL. Definitely recommend this place if u want to cut ur hair or do a treatment while relaxing and pampering urself. Worth the price for the service! Very happy with my haircut too, just didn’t take any photos 👍 👍

Brought my mum here to ease her grey transition. From the time we arrived until the end of the treatment, we were greeted with warmness and reassuring smile from Edwin and his staffs. The results was way better than what we expected given years of dark colour box dyed. My mum was more confident with the new hair makeover. Will highly recommend bottega hair salon for people who is going through harsh hair growth of demarcation line. As for my mum, she has to go for another one time bleach, then it would be perfect. Currently, yeah she is very satisfied with this result.

I decided to come here after reading all the good reviews. I booked in for a full head of colour and when I arrived I also asked for a fringe to be cut, which they were happy to do. The service was great. They were a little short staffed because of Raya, but they were attentive and I didn’t feel as though the service was rushed. The stylist was extremely friendly and made an effort to get to know me. I had extremely grown out roots from a box dye I did myself nearly 5 months ago. I wanted to go back to my natural colour and decided that even though my natural hair is very dark and it would have been easy to colour it myself, I’d rather come and get it professional done. Especially since my hair was colour treated before I wanted to make sure it remained in good condition because I had been taking care of it. Two people coloured my hair, but the first person who started didn’t section my hair and just started applying directly at the top of my head. I’ve coloured my hair many times both myself and professionally, so I was worried about if we were going to achieve even colour distribution with this method. But I’m not the professional so I said nothing. The second person however did start sectioning my hair so I chose to stay quiet. However, as a result of this, the application of the dye was patchy so some of the previous colour was visible directly after. Please see the photo attached. For a colour service at professional salon, I expect the application process to ensure full coverage, but this was not the case. Furthermore, since colouring my hair the texture has become very coarse and rough. Which is not something I experienced prior to colouring my hair here. I wanted to avoid damaging my hair which is why I came to a salon, but I feel as though my hair is very dry now. Even after washing it 3 times since and using heavy duty moisture masks. I think the people who work here are great and whilst I was there it seemed like there were repeat customers. The fringe I got cut was very nice, so maybe this salon is better for a cut/restyle rather than a colour service.

Had a great and feeling satisfied with the services and the attitude of the staff. But would like to mention the great hairstylist Thomas which did my hair perfectly as what I want it also whom i failed to mentioned here. This is the first time in my life , I think I found my favourite saloon. Highly recommended

Booked a haircut, wash, and blow session via Classpass at Bottega. Impressed by the service and quality. I was welcomed by friendly faces, immediately seated and offered a selection of drinks and snacks. Followed by an assessment of the style I want. Not long after, shampooing began and a whole head, and neck massage ensured lifting the stress out of me, thank you Rafael. Next, Cindy, a skilful and friendly senior stylist trimmed my hair, identifying what I can improve on. Overall, I'm really happy with my visit today. Will come back!

Edwin is awesome. He just know what I like and the creation is fantastic. Patient and pleasant environment and hmmm a great hair wash and the plus point great hand and shoulder massage comes free. A first class treatment you won't get anywhere.

the saloon was so responsive even on my last-minute request for hair cut and color💕 the music was so nice, they offered few good drinks and snacks to me. I went to do butterfly haircut and root touch up and Edwin delivered it beautifully. I love ittt!!! ❤️ This is my second time coming here and i love it here. Would definately come again🥰
