Boston Iron Works was referred to me by my neighbor. Come to find out BIW has fabricated/installed at least three other railings in my neighborhood. The process was extremely prompt from start to finish. Ramon responded to my email/phone call almost immediately. He came out to my house within a day to two, and sent me an estimate within minutes of leaving. His estimate was on par with the other estimate I received, and he was immediate with answers to my questions. It was only 2-3 weeks from the time I placed my order to installation. The railings look great. I am very pleased.

Great work, I am so pleased we chosen to go with Freddy and Boston Ironworks. Every step was guided exactly to my liking. From the 1st blueprints to the last brick everything ran smoothly. We finished the mini mall structure and now me and my partners are awaiting the acquisition of land to build high-rise condominiums, we already agreed 100% to go with Boston ironworks and no one else. One more thing, Freddy also came to our houses and renovated all of our iron rails throughout our properties, rails, gates, and fences. Amazing. Thank you Boston Ironworks.

I was finishing up an oil change on my motorcycle and was looking to see if my oil levels were proper and dropped my bike!! Unfortunately a bolt broke on the right foot peg/rear brake component so you can imagine I felt iffy about riding my bike without getting it fixed! I found Bruno and his team here and Bruno quickly scheduled an appointment with me and listed out exactly what his team would do! This was so much more than I expected and it was great! I felt super comfortable letting his team take care of my bike! I used an extra large zip tie (rated for 175lbs) to secure the component temporarily as I rode my bike to Boston Iron Works to get the broken bolt out! It was done so quickly and easily!
