Kaitlin is an experienced, enthusiastic and efficient teacher. She has plenty of mannequins to go around and has developed a great "cheat sheet" laying out adult, child and infant CPR guidelines.

Kaitlyn’s CPR and First Aid class was fantastic from start to finish. She brought so much energy and personality to the room, making the material not just informative, but actually fun to learn. What really stood out were the real-life stories she shared from her time in the ER—those added depth and context that made everything feel more real and relevant. She has a great teaching style—clear, engaging, and very approachable. I walked away feeling confident in what I learned, and I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommend her class to anyone looking to get certified or just be better prepared in emergencies!

I recently took an at home infant CPR class with Boston CPR partners and found it incredibly valuable. The instructor Kaitlin was clear and thorough, walking us through the steps of CPR, choking, recognizing distress signals, and using an AED for infants. There was ample hands-on practice. Our class was a mix of parents and caregivers and everyone felt more adequate to handle emergent scenarios. I now feel much more confident in my ability to respond to an emergency. I have been renewing my CPR/BLS certification through Boston CPR Partners for years, and I can honestly say that I look forward to my class every time it's on my calendar! There is no comparison between this class and others, as Kaitlin explains things in a way you can truly understand when placed in a real-life situation. I am so happy to have connected with her and this company to learn necessary life-saving skills!

Very easy to register. Communication was very good. Instructor was friendly and welcoming. She made sure each student was ready to move on to the next step. Plenty of time for questions. Walked around to make sure students were giving enough force when needed! I would highly recommend Boston CPR Partners. See you in two years!

I recently received my CPR and First Aid certification training from Boston CPR Partners. It was hands down the best certification course (and I’ve taken them annually or bi-annually for the last 25 years) I have taken. The instructor was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and offered real life, anecdotal scenarios, which made learning much more interesting and easier to recall the information. I would highly recommend using Boston CPR partners for any training.
