Would leave 0 stars if it were possible. Have been developing and purchasing real estate for years, and it's not even a close - this is by far the worst, and most incompetent appraisal company without a doubt. I had a new construction, fully build, all final inspections done including fire and life safety... 8 bed, 6 bath 2 family. They appraised it as a 4 bed, 4 bath house. Furthermore, once I pointed out their blatant error (spoke with 5 different appraisers who agreed) they refused to correct their error and stood by their bogus appraisal. Have never seen a company top to bottom that knows less about real estate. If you see this company, run as far away as possible. They are the worst.

I had a great experience working with this appraiser. As soon as I received notice that the appraisal was ordered, he called me right away to schedule the inspection. He was incredibly prompt, courteous, and considerate—especially knowing how busy we can get as realtors. He worked around my schedule and was able to fit the appointment in the very next day. He showed up on time, gave me plenty of notice, and conducted the inspection professionally. I truly appreciate the smooth process and highly recommend him!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE APPRAISAL COMPANY - DO NOT USE!! Recent appraisal was terrible, all comps were terrible. In Aug'25, they used comp sales from 2023 (almost 2 years ago), other comps were from another cheaper area, and also included a house sold as rental short sale. This company is INCOMPETENT!!!! I had my property reappraised and it came in much higher this incompetent company. DO NOT USE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Alauddin Chowdhury is a very professional appraiser. He pays pretty close attention to the minimum detail, I highly recommend him. I had a great experience working with Alauddin. As soon as I received notice that the appraisal was ordered. He called me to schedule the inspection. He was , courteous, and considerate.
