Late, lied about info they recieved that we gave them both verbally and in writing, not polite- no hello, no goodbye, kept slamming payment machine on my phone, caused me to miss my train because they could not take direction well, went long route because they were not prepared with the destination that we gave them. Only gave an extra star because the driver was good at driving- will give him that, but I really hope we won't require them again in the future. Sorry, not for us. The driver was clearly grumpy because he refused to take accountability for reading the info wrong

Out for a nice autumn cycle yesterday when my partner skidded on wet leaves and had a spectacular fall. Made it to the Waterwheel but decided he needed an xray, so friends kindly gave him a lift to BGH. I was left with getting 2 racing bikes home. Called Borders Taxi and he was with me within 20 mins and he then cheerfully put down the back seats, put a liner down and then carefully loaded our two bikes. Lovely driver; helpful, polite and friendly. A real service! Thank you so much.

Absolutely smashing service!! Cannot recommend enough. Smooth transition, reasonable prices and a service with a smile. We felt safe throughout the journey and the car was super comfy. We will definitely use borders taxi in the future.
