Wendy is a really sweet young girl who was outside giving out brochures. I upgrade my phone the very same day. She help me pass all my information and applications to my new phone and also guide me with all the cool features my new Motorola phones has. The patience and knowledge this young lady has is amazing 👏 much appreciated I recommend to anyone who visit this store look for her she will help you with best customer service.

Yo this store is awesome they got quick service, kind, great communication and the two ladies that help me Itzel and Monica did there very best to service me. I say this because I had a really really bad experience with the other boost mobile in Hayward. I am telling you the honest truth they fix and made up for my bad experience. How can I give this place a good review? It's never open when they say they're open from 10am to 7pm but its 11 and yet nobody is there and the store is always closed. Maybe the store should say hour's of operation is When they feel like opening it.

Why hasn’t the store been open it’s very frustrating knowing that I can’t come and get my phone when this is the store closest to where I live in my community
