I visited this business today to replace my battery. Had excellent service. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I was in and out of there quickly. The gentleman who actually fitted the new battery was particularly polite and helpful. Jamaica is not known for customer service, but this company gets it right.

Really have never had a bad experience before... however there is always that one bad customer service experience. So i went in to buy a tyre trying to make up my mind asked some questions. Apparently this was ckose to lockup time on a Saturday. Cashier was friendly and helpful but kept on reminding and promting me about the 2pm closure (annoyed more than a bad experience). Made purchase and got a number (which purpose was never explained) went to the installation area to pock ip tyre (because I knew before i.e. wasnt told) was patient and waited my turn (unlike others). Got my tyre and noted that the number display was at 85 (my number was 99). So i waited... and waited.. and waited... number was still at 85... but still I waited... and waited... one customer uttered "wait a minute this number not changing?" No one pays attention to us yet persons tyres are changed and rolling out. I move closer as now we are beyond half hour and number is still serving 85... i begin to question the same display and we notice no one cares. So i jump in my vehicle and as soon as a service bay is empty bully my way into it and toss the tyre on ground. FINALLY a young man asked which tyre im replacing and I am served. My point is why install such a system to protect us from each others bad behavior and dont assure that the system functions??? Really this place is OK but will have to reconsider if this is my only option in MoBay because this is not my idea of good after sale service!!!

The customer service is always good but for my last visit, it was exceptional. I was seeking a replacement for my battery and called Boomerang to find out if they had it in stock. The pleasant customer service representative told me that the system was down but as soon as it was restored, she would call me back...and she actually did. I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices are good and they have a wide selection of car accessories, batteries, tyres and rims. They also install your battery for free.😊

Mark at Boomerang Tyre was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us with our broken tyre. Everybody at Boomerang was kind and helped us resolve our issue! I would highly recommend this place and Mark is amazing!

Well this has only been my second visit to them and I must say that the service in itself is top notch. You're dealt with in a manner that meets and even exceeds customer service expectations.

The best I have experienced in the city. The cashier was patient and helped me get a discount. The service men are super efficient, courteous, friendly and willing to educate you on matters relating to your tyres. Always my first choice and I highly recommend them to others.
