The fit was absolutely perfect, the fabric quality was premium, and the detailing really stood out. The Spanish brass buttons added a great touch, and the embroidery was clean, sharp, and beautifully done. It was honestly a 10/10 outfit for me. Most importantly, my father looked amazing in it. I would highly recommend Bonsoir to anyone looking for exceptional outfits for special occasions.

Custom tailoring is also quite high notch. Really loved the feel and fittings of the products. The designs are really fresh and caters to all kinds of looks - classy, traditional, fancy - you name it. The quality of everything is top notch with great attention to detail. Lastly, everyone there would understand your taste, the theme of the functions and will spend time to suggest what would look the best on you for the occasion. The staff was super helpful and made the entire process seamless, from styling to fitting. If you're looking for something special for your wedding or festive events, this place is a must-visit. Totally worth it!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received. The clothes were poorly tailored — threads were already coming off, and there was a clear imbalance between the left and right sides of the outfit. I even had to take it to another tailor to correct the mistakes. The shoes were also not customized as per the order, and one of them is loose, making them unusable without further fixes. For the price and time given, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and attention to detail, but the overall experience was far below standard. I do not recommend based on my experience.

Extremely disappointing experience – unprofessional behaviour by Store Manager (Aviraj). I had one of the worst shopping experiences at this store. The store manager, Aviraj, initially quoted me a certain price for an outfit, and based on that commitment, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. However, when it came time to finalise the billing, he tried to overcharge me by ₹12,000 compared to the price he himself had confirmed earlier. When I questioned the discrepancy, instead of resolving the issue politely, he was dismissive and unapologetic. This kind of dishonest and unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. I would strongly advise others to double-check prices in writing before making any commitments at this store. It’s disappointing to see such lack of integrity and transparency in customer dealings. Definitely not the kind of service or ethics one expects from a reputed clothing store.

The Indowesterns and kurta jacket sets are perfect for mehendi or sangeet events. I was especially impressed by their custom tailoring service—it was fast and spot-on.
