From the time I placed my initial phone call to the time I walked out the door after my first session, Andrew was very helpful in coordinating everything with Dugan and I. Dugan was personable and listened to my needs and expectations. He was realistic with what to expect, recovery, and time between sessions needed. Also, he was gentle with and detailed. Pricing was very reasonable and affordable!

After many years of thinking about it, I finally built up the courage to start the tattoo removal process and my only regret is not beginning this sooner. The staff was extremely friendly, patient and even took me in before my scheduled appt. We went over what to expect and the bedside manners were impeccable. It is true that this process feels like rubber bands snapping against your skin but it goes by so quickly, you’ll be done before you know it. I am looking forward to continuing this process. Daniel was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions, and was very transparent on what to expect in terms of price, time, and pain. You get the option to use numbing cream, and you get to try a short burst of the laser before making that decision. Daniel was very understanding and willing to let me take breaks when needed although the process itself was very quick.

Came in today for laser tattoo removal and let me tell you — easy work. Pain was way lighter than I expected. The team was on point, super friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. They walked me through everything and kept the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The vibe is legit, the crew runs it like pros, and the results speak for themselves. There is not a better tattoo removal place than Bonsai. My sister and I have been going there for at least a year now and each and every time we are welcomed with nothing but kindness which makes such an uncomfortable procedure more bearable. I have not had a bad technician, they are all wonderful. Fair prices and they actually care about preventing scaring and other skin reactions so they space enough time in between appointments to ensure your body has healed… not many other places would do that as they just want to get you in and out. I I would give this place six stars if I could.

Best value around! I previously looked at tattoo removal at one of the big chains. Those big chains are cute and have the trendy atmospheres, but they also have less knowledgeable staff, plus they are $$$$$. Saw great reviews for Bonsai so I gave them a shot. Huge difference. Knowledgeable, excellent value, and super friendly! I went with the unlimited plan because I have a few tattoos I want off. Plus, I like knowing I can go as many times as I want until it’s gone, versus still paying a decent amount each time and then trying to guess ahead with how many sessions it will take. Go unlimited and choose Bonsai, it’s worth it!!
