Losing our pet was heartbreaking, but this cremation service made the process much easier. The team was very kind, patient, and respectful. They answered all our questions and treated our beloved pet with dignity. When we received the ashes, everything was beautifully packaged and handled with care.

My daughter and I had a great experience despite loosing her beloved dog. They showed kindness and compassion while we were dealing with the loss of our sweet boy. They gave us a paw print and a nose print to make sure our sweet boy stayed with us forever, and we plan to put a his hair in an ornament with his picture. Thank you for helping us through this hard time in our life.

I am writing to share my experience with your business and to express my gratitude. My experience was great, especially considering that I had a special request regarding my pets who passed away a little over two months apart. I truly appreciated how you handled the situation after I expressed my concerns regarding my budget and what I could afford. Your cremation service is the most affordable I could find that would still allow me to have my babies' ashes returned to me. Losing both of them, especially my beautiful boy so suddenly, has been incredibly difficult, and I felt that the staff truly understood what I was going through. I am still trying to wrap my head around everything, but I wanted to send this review as I prepare to pick up their ashes today. While I have felt some skepticism about the process in general, I am trusting that I am truly taking my babies home with me. Thank you to everyone at Bonnie’s for your compassion during this time.

From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and respected during one of the hardest moments. They treated my pet as family, not just a service, and that meant everything to me. My experience with this place was very concerning. It does not feel like a real crematory facility but more like a regular office, which immediately raised red flags for me. I was never given a clear explanation of where or how the cremation process actually takes place, nor was there transparency about the procedure. When it comes to something as sensitive as the final care of a beloved pet, that lack of clarity is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that other pet owners ask detailed questions before leaving their pet here and only proceed if they feel completely confident and comfortable with the process

Wonderful and considerate staff. We lost our boy today in the middle of the freeze and they were open and available to cremate him. The cremation packages are beautiful and give a lot options for additional items.

This company was great. They took the body hours after my dog died and delivered the ashes in less than 48 hours. The price was the most affordable that I could find.
