I can’t recommend Mr Alan highly enough! I came in with a black tie evening gown that needed urgent alterations, and he managed to completely transform it in under five hours. The fit is now absolutely perfect — it feels like the dress was custom made for me. You can tell he has a deep respect for the human form, the material, and his craft. His services are on the pricier side, but the quality, expertise, and speed he delivers make it completely worth it. If you’re looking for someone who combines artistry with impeccable workmanship, this is the person to trust.

Avoid this company at all costs. They charge over double the going rate and do an appalling job. My husband's jacket is ruined (£65 for this awful service)! In addition there is financial fraud going on with the receipting system. They did not put the full transaction price on the receipt making it hard to prove what you have paid in the event of a complaint. When we complained we were told it could be rectified for a further £65! We will be reporting this company to trading standards, not just for the quality of workmanship (see images) but also for their questionable accounting practices. The shop owners would not hear of any sort of refund or compensation. Do not trust this company with your clothes or with your money. Please see my other reviews, I am usually very generous with praise if I think that an organisation warrants it. I do not make vexatious comments - which is more than can be said for the incredibly rude response from the shop owner. Please see the dreadful workmanship - a picture speaks a thousand words and uploads of stock images of tailoring will do nothing to mask the incompetence of this organisation.
