A lot has been on our collective minds in New Orleans since Jan. 1st - we experienced a tragic loss to our sisters and brothers and an attack that scarred our passion for gathering and celebrating, for living as a community. Through it all, we've been encouraged to move on because of the local economy being so tourist-driven, but none of those people pushing the broom down the street to clean it will ever be held accountable for their neglect and insensitivity. So through it all, we show our city's love and light, not for them, but for US. Come visit New Orleans, come see for yourself a community that has, yet again, proven resiliency.
