I cannot recommend James and his team at Boiler Aid highly enough. After another company left me stranded without hot water or heat, telling me they couldn’t return to finish the job until the following Tuesday (4 days away!) I was desperate. To make matters worse, I smashed my hand in a door at work that same day and had to visit urgent care. Sometimes help comes from unexpected places. My urgent care doctor recommended I call James at Boiler Aid. Best advice I could have received! James and his team came out on a Friday night and had my boiler fixed within an hour. They turned what was shaping up to be an awful weekend into a non-issue. Their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help on a Friday evening were exactly what I needed. If you need boiler service, don’t waste your time with companies that will leave you in the cold. Call Boiler Aid. They’re reliable, skilled, and actually care about their customers.

Can’t say enough about Boiler Aid’s customer service and technical capabilities!! We had no heat in our house due to a malfunctioning boiler (bad news during wintertime!). James responded quickly, was at our house in less than 24 hours, and had our heat back on in one visit. Even better, with some additional maintenance he did, our boiler is operating better than it has in years. Our home temperature used to have wide variations of 4-5 degrees any given day, which we thought was normal, but his boiler tuning now has our home consistently within 1 degree of our thermostat setting. If you’re looking for boiler help, you can’t beat the expertise and customer service of James and his team!

We had a boiler shut down and reached out for service, the same day we were leaving town. James showed up hours later, identified and fixed the problem within hours to help us keep our schedule. Really impressed with the service and professionalism. Thank you!!

Our boiler died, so we had no heat or hot water going into below freezing weather. James came out a couple hours after we called, gave us a quote on a new boiler, and had it completely installed and operational 24 hours later! Simply amazing service.
