Matt did an excellent job fixing the dents on my Skoda Kodiaq. From the very first enquiry all the way through to completing the work, he was consistently professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. You can immediately tell he’s highly skilled and has extensive experience in paintless dent repair. He walked me through his approach, explained what he was doing, and even shared useful insights about the techniques and the car’s bodywork. I had the pleasure of meeting Matt today. He came to have a look at a dint on my car that I've been starring at since I bought the car in 2017 and never got to fix but bothered me every time I looked at it. So I finally decided to do something about it and called 'Body Solutions PDR'. I found the business through Goggle reviews and let me tell you they're on point. Matt did and amazing job on my car, explaining the process and likely result before deciding how to tackle the dint. The result is fantastic, priced reasonably and the professionalism second to none. Matt was efficient, courteous, engaging, communicative, friendly and most of all professional. He's an artisan. He should be called the 'dent whisperer'. He knew exactly how to restore my dented panel to what I would call 'near perfection' and what he would call 'the best I could do'. He does the best he can and it’s the best.

I found Matt through his glowing Google reviews and I am pleased to be able to add to them! He was friendly, helpful and responsive from the moment I contacted him and clearly knew his stuff. When he came out to assess the damage to my BMW M4, a large but very shallow dent on a curved and flowing quarter panel, he was honest and up-front about his expectations for carrying out a repair. He covered both the positives and potential negatives, risks vs rewards, and was thoroughly transparent about the process which I found greatly reassuring. When carrying out the work he was equally thorough, meticulously working a bit at a time and talking me through every step. He is clearly passionate about his craft and was more than happy to discuss it with me as he worked. The end result is as close to perfect as I could have hoped for. The shallow dent had caused a ridge along the panel and sharper crease had formed at the edge where the vehicles separated in the incident - both are now completely gone. I would say the panel is back to 99% as good as factory shape, and the worst parts of the dents are 100% gone. Best of all, he is just such a nice guy and a pleasure to talk to, so the whole process changed from an unpleasant matter of repairing a damaged car into a nice chat and a cool experience of learning about a really interesting process.
