B! He’s just the best, truly. I woke up one day and reached out to him because something in me said ‘You have to do this’! (Train with him that is) I’ve been super athletic my whole life and I love challenging my body and trying new ways to move and feel strong. Weight lifting was always super intimidating to me but Brock has changed the way I feel about myself and my strength. He’s extremely determined and dedicated to his craft. And he truly cares for each individual with reaching goals and making you feel like the best version of yourself. I trained with him 1:1 for over a year and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I didn’t only gain confidence but I gained a friend. He impacts people more than he might recognize. I’m grateful to have been part of his journey and seeing him continue to grow just makes me so happy! Thanks, B!

My sister and I started training with Brock last August, and we can’t believe it’s already been almost a year! This is the first time we’ve consistently stuck with a training program, and that’s all thanks to Brock’s approach. He makes every session effective, challenging, and motivating. We’ve noticed major improvements—not just in strength and endurance, but also in posture and overall confidence. Brock tailors the workouts to our individual goals and always keeps things fresh. We schedule around our sessions to make sure we don’t miss a day! Highly recommend Brock to anyone looking to build strength, stay accountable, and feel better in their body. Brock is the best!

I’ve been working with Brock since the end of February, and the transformation I’ve experienced—physically and mentally—has been incredible. After losing 80 pounds, I came to Brock needing help rebuilding strength and toning my body. I could barely squat the bar or lift much weight when I started, but with Brock’s guidance, I’m now hitting new PRs regularly and feeling stronger than ever. Beyond the physical gains, my confidence and mental health have improved so much. I cannot recommend Brock highly enough! Working with him has allowed me to hit my fitness goals and feel confident lifting again. I leave every session feeling challenged and motivated. I’ve worked with many other trainers and have never seen the results Brock has given me over the last 6 months. His energy, overall knowledge, and genuine passion for training is unmatched. I’ve been working out with Brock for going on 2 years now. I started with his group classes and have added in 1 on 1 and small group training. Brock has trained me through a pregnancy and now through postpartum. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to proper training for pre and post baby. He knows when to modify and when to really push you to your best potential. His group classes are a great workout as well. He coaches classes in “semesters” or 8-10 week programs so you know what you’re getting every time you go and you will see results. Over an 8 week time frame you can feel yourself getting stronger and you’ll notice it too when you add weight to your bar each week. Brock can train anyone from a complete beginner to an experienced fitness fanatic that just wants a different or new approach.

Working with Brock for over a year has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. As a 38-year-old mom, I came in wanting to improve my muscle tone, lose some weight I had retained from pregnancy, and just feel better in my own skin—and I can honestly say I’ve achieved all of that and more. Brock is not only incredibly knowledgeable and motivating, but he understands and helps me prioritize rest and recovery when indicated. I’ve been training with Brock for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a life-changing experience. I started working with him just six weeks postpartum, after being cleared by my doctor, and I was nervous, tired, and unsure of what my body was capable of after having a baby. From the very beginning, Brock approached my training with care, expertise, and an encouraging energy that made me feel supported and empowered. Fast forward to now, and my body has completely transformed. I’m lifting more weight than I ever imagined possible—and more importantly, I have the confidence to do it. I’ve never been this toned, lean, or strong in my life, not even before pregnancy, and I have Brock to thank for that. His ability to push you safely, track your progress, and make every workout both effective and challenging is unmatched. When I first started training with Brock, I had no idea how to lift weights and was honestly really intimidated. I used to struggle with back pain and was nervous I’d make things worse. But from day one, Brock made the gym feel fun, safe, and super comfortable. He taught me proper form, pushed me in the best way, and always made each session something I looked forward to. I saw a difference in my body and strength after just a few months, and I’m so much more confident now because of his training. I’ve been training with Brock for 7 months doing 1-2 private sessions a week. Before I started working with him I had never touched a barbell & was afraid to go to a gym because I had no idea what I was doing. I’ve made a ton of progress, have gained a significant amount of muscle and am able to hip thrust over 300lbs now. He’s been super supportive & a positive influence in my life. Highly recommend working with him!
