Terms & Conditions • Offer Eligibility: The $500 flat-rate installation applies only to remove and replace jobs where an existing garage door opener is already installed. • Door Size Requirements: This offer is valid for standard residential garage doors up to 8 feet wide by 7 feet high. Doors outside this size range may require additional parts and labor, which will incur extra charges. • Included Components: Package includes: • Chamberlain B2211T ½ HP opener • Two (2) remotes • Safety sensors (photo eyes) • Interior wall control button • Built-in battery backup system Exterior keypads and smart accessories are not included and may be added at additional cost. • Pricing & Payment: The total cost of $500 covers standard labor, materials, and installation for qualifying jobs. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Discounts: Veterans and senior citizens are eligible for an additional 10% off the total order. Proof of eligibility may be required at the time of service. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. • Scheduling & Availability: Service dates are subject to availability. Bob’s Stronghold Doors LLC reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. • Warranty: Manufacturer’s warranty applies to the Chamberlain unit. Installation warranty covers workmanship for 90 days from the installation date. • Exclusions: Offer does not cover replacement of garage doors, springs, tracks, wiring upgrades, or any additional repairs needed to make the system operational. These will be quoted separately if required. • Validity: Offer valid while supplies last and may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
