Only giving two stars because they did unlock the car within an hour Sketchy experience. I called someone who took all the information and said a second call would confirm the price. When I received the second call, a gentleman said the price would be between $65 and $150. I asked what the price range was dependent on and he said how much work it would take to get into my car. He showed up, looked into my car and told me it was going to be $150 PLUS $65 as a service fee. I refused immediately and told him that that’s not what he mentioned on the phone. He immediately told me it’s OK and he won’t charge me $65 but to keep it between us. As if he was doing me a favor and not scamming me. I agreed to the $150 and then he came and opened my door in under one minute. With very little effort, he opened it quickly pulled out his credit card process processing machine and it ended up charging me $165 because of sales tax. Then had the audacity to mention there’s an option for tipping. Again… Two stars because they opened my car… But this definitely did not feel like great customer service more like trying to scam customers.
