These guys did an amazing job with an entire house A/C replacement. Brian, the salesman, took his time explaining exactly what I needed. Very professional. A week later, the installers arrived. Nate, Will, Danny, and Jacob did the whole job in less than 8-hours; knowing exactly what to do. They rerouted ducts and tested everything before they left. I am so happy with their work. I can’t believe they were the best price of the 3 companies that provided me an estimate. Very happy! A+ Totally recommend!

The installation of our new air conditioning was fantastic. Billy and Gabe were working hard and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Called three AC companies when my 15 unit old unit died on the coldest night of the year here in Central Florida. All three promptly came out to give me an estimate. The repair guy had his quote ready after figuring out what was wrong. One fellow gave me a quote that was several thousand dollars more than the others. Jason from Bob’s was a middle of the road quote but Jason did a much more thorough evaluation than the other two. The low cost quote told me several days for install. Jason from Bobs told me they would install the next morning and Bobs is basically local to my location. Chose to go with Bobs. Bright and early on the next morning in 30 degree weather, Jakob and Mak showed up with our new unit. They started the install about 9 and we had heat just before noon. These two were very professional, explained what they were doing, walked us through use of the new thermostat, tested the system and cleaned up the job site. Jason, Jakob and Mak are great representatives for Bobs ac. Great job guys. Would not hesitate to recommend Bobs to any neighbors who need service.

Bob’s AC repaired our central ac unit quickly and efficiently. The technician, Tony, was absolutely the best. He kept us informed, explained every question in detail offered advice, provided pictures, and found out that the part installed had a warranty besides the Bob’s AC warranty. Tony did a fantastic job and would highly recommend him and Bob’s AC. Michelle was a great help in getting everything scheduled in a timely fashion especially with the cold weather being a concern. We appreciate everyone at Bob’s working to get this done as quickly as they did.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My entire system died randomly, so I contacted Bob's. It was a Saturday and they sent Tony out the same day I called. It took a little while to figure out what was going on because it was kind of an obscure issue. But he sure did. And he communicated the entire time about what he was doing. Fortunately it's a warranty part and I also signed up for the service plan. Less than $300 and my system will be fixed shortly, and I have a plan going forward to make sure it's maintained properly. Cannot express how happy I am with my experience, or what a professional Tony was in just a short review. Honestly the best experience I've ever had hiring someone to come out to my house to help with something. Three thumbs up. 👍👍👍

We called on Monday which was a holiday.was surprised to find out they were open and there was no extra charge for a service call. They sent Tony out for the call. Tony WAS AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Did follow-up as promised about parts and warranties . Then Wednesday Victor was sent out to do the repair. He was here at the proper time was Amazing as well. Very efficient and answered all our questions and when he left our ac was blowing so cold!! Thanks so much for the quick and great work to both young men! We will use Bob's from now on for all our a/c related needs

The initial start of the whole thing was wonderful. The sales guy that came out Tony was a really good person. The two installers on Monday were on time. Showed me everything I needed to know did a very excellent job. I would highly recommend them for anybody. Mak and Will were the technicians that did the install and I was very impressed.

I have been shopping and getting quotes from many companies to replace my entire 1998 unit. From the initial contact with Bob's Air Conditioning and Refigeration to the installation, the entire experience was abundant satisfaction. Starting with Dean's top of the line customer service, evaluation, and sales. Three gentleman (Nate, Will, & Jacob) arrived in a timely manner to my home with respect, knowledge, and great skill. All three are masters in the hvac profession. They all worked consistently, clean, diligent, and accurately. Sales, service, installation, price, and the experience were all definitely the best.
