Bought our new car from here today. Amazing staff, great service. Highly recommend this family owned business.

I brought a white 2017 Jeep renegade Limited in October time last year. I found the car online and gave them a call. I live the end of the country so couldn't see the car so they arranged a viewing online, I fell in love with the car and brought it, they delivered the car to me and it was exactly as amazing as ide seen in the online viewing. It was cleaned beautifully, and a just an amazing car to dive, ive had it a while now and honestly its the best car ive owned. I love my car guys thankyou! The staff were pleasant and professional, the car was as advertised and there they were genuinly just a pleasure to deal with. Went above and beyond my expectations! I would 100% recommend the team and 100% buy again! Thanks to you all.

I had this company buy a car from me through Motorway. The woman I had spoke to over the phone and text was amazing and great. The older man named ‘Bob’ that was collecting the car I cannot say the same about. The collection time he had come was in the week, when we had all been working from home, which wasn’t the best time so we didn’t have too much time to prepare the car by removing the snow as it had snowed the day before, but the inside was all clean and the outside had been freshly washed. He had came around 12 and had a look and drove the car not very well. It had snowed pretty heavily so the car did have some snow on. He thought it was appropriate to make small comments about ‘if I didn’t want to sell the car, he would leave.’ Because the car had some snow on which was easily cleared. He repeatedly made comments that he would leave if we didn’t want to sell the car even though we had done nothing to imply anything like that. We did welcome him inside the house but he willingly stood outside in the snow. When we transferred the log book, we usually are supposed to keep the rest and just hand over the green new keeper slip, but he was very adamant that he ‘did this often’ and had to take the whole book, which isn’t usually standard but we hesitantly handed it all over. I hope he sees this feedback and improves.

What a fantastic company to buy a car from. From the time we got there we knew we were going to buy from them. All of the salesmen were brilliant especially Paul, they let you get on with checking out the cars without the annoyance of following you around and pushing cars on you. They gave me the keys to all 5 cars that I had gone to see and allowed me to test drive them all there and then. Found the one for me and they sorted the finance within 30 minutes. Now to the most astounding part... Their after sales service puts main dealers to shame. Ben and his team are first class and the 2 small problems I had were sorted almost instantly. Amazing service from the team at Bob Davies! From my initial enquiry about the car to the final delivery was smooth and stress-free. The option to reserve the car and have home delivery was a huge plus. Thank you to Paul, who was extremely helpful and kind to reserve the car for nearly two weeks, schedule viewings/ phone calls around my availability and arrange an online viewing for a family member of mine to have a second opinion. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. While I did encounter a minor issue around finance and payment options, it was resolved within the same day. Would definitely recommend visiting the showroom and speaking to the sales team.

Very helpfull family business with a nice selection of cars. Obtained a fair part exchange. Car was ready after a couple of days as requested. Had a few issues, where very helpfull and there was a mutal resolution in the end. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership. Good luck on the Used Car awards, you deserve to win.

Treated myself to a used Volvo V40 from Bob Davies Car Sales. The whole experience from beginning to end was flawless. Saw it online, read good customer reviews and put a holding deposit. Travelled from Paddington to Ebbw Vale last Saturday. Got picked up at the station by a young mechanic, who I think said he'd been working there for 7 yrs. Which is a good indication of how good the company might be. Met with Paul the salesmen, the car was having some brake pads fitted and possibly discs, so I sat in reception drunk a coffee and watched people come back and fore. Some were looking and some collecting their new cars. There was not a pushy car salesman in sight. Everything was relaxed and people went away happy. That includes me. I bought the car after an unaccompanied test drive, which is good. I have a habit of making a car last me years. So I may not be looking for a new car for some years. But I will recommend these guys to everyone I speak to. It was a 180 mile journey home but it was worth every inch for the experience I received.
