I am usually suspicious about a business getting straight 5 stars reviews, but in the case of Boat Lift Tech it is absolutely correct! I contacted them about strange noises in my boat lift, and Joel came within 2 hours!!! As it appears my boat lift had so many loose bolts, and not aligned for my boat at all. Joel paid attention to so many details, and fixed it perfectly. The price is amazing, considering the time Joel spent on my lift. I highly recommend the annual maintenance plan. Boat lifts can get easily out of alignment and need attention, after-all you have this expensive boat sitting on it that can easily be damaged otherwise. I am so happy I had the opportunity to work with Joel, he is also a really nice and kind person

I was surprised in the morning when they showed up to fix my lift. They went right to the back and fixed my lift. It was so simple for them. It took about an hour and a half and everything is great now.
