We booked a shuttle through BNG for our October 2025 wedding in downtown San Jose, and they did a fantastic job! We worked with Youssef to plan the shuttle route, and he was very responsive and organized. We were a little worried about transportation that weekend because of some street closures around our venues for public events, but Youssef was on top of it and put all of the info we sent him into the notes for the driver to make sure he knew which streets to avoid (which helped us be less stressed the day of). BNG's prices were also very reasonable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation!

They were on-time, professional and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. We had a Mercedes Sprinter and our family of 6 (1 infant and 1 toddler) had enough space to relax and enjoy our ride to and from the airport. I will definitely be using them again. Superb experience!

Both Drivers were early my pickup times at home & at the airport, actually they were early. Both of the drivers were very professional. I highly recommend BNG Limousine Service. Mr. Ricardo Cruz really was great, communicated via text let he had arrived the airport & he in the parking next to the Baggage Claim exit. Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes. I called Mr. Cruz as soon as we obtained luggage & verifed his location. Great Service.

Juan was great. Very courteous driver and pleasant to speak with. Was right on time at the designated pickup spot and got me to the hotel with no issues. Car was clean and comfortable.
