BN Skips

AVOID!!! i would give 0 * if i could. I ordered a skip which wasn’t placed in my garden correctly. Called back after 2 week for collection to be told there’s a bit of a back log… 10 days later I call back (Wednesday) I was told it’ll definitely be picked up Friday … Friday came and no one collected it… bank holiday happened so I called on Tuesday and was told it will deffo be picked up today and it still wasn’t. The woman on the phone was arsey. I stated I should be given £50 like it says they would do to me for every week after the 2 I had the skip…. But oh no of course it only applies to them. Over a month it was in my garden. Robbers, jokers, time wasters. Don’t use them. Shocking service.

We are very disappointed with BN Skip Services. We ordered a skip, and they placed it on my garden, causing damage to the garden. when they came to pick it up. BN Skip drivers are not trained and do not even care about anything. The truck's chain kept coming off, which was quite alarming. When I expressed my concerns, the supervisor acknowledged that about ten tiles were broken and said Shaun, the manager, would contact us. However, no one has reached out to us since. Absolutely horrible customer service including management. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Quick at delivering skips but outright refusing to pick one up after multiple requests. The skip is causing an obstruction for urgent building works and bulk deliveries but all Jessica Harrison can say is ‘refer to our terms and conditions’ and that ‘it’s 10 working days’ to collect a skip. Whatever you do - don’t use this company!!!

Booked my skip come as promised friendly delivery driver collected same day as finished would recommend and use these again

Absolutely shocking customer service will never be using BN skips again. Rang multiple times for the skip to be picked up and was told that it would happen the next day but never did, was never told about the 10 day back log. People have now used the skip and now the company is not willing to pick the skip up from the drive way and when speaking to the manager Jess she’s absolutely rude and needs to work on her customer service skills!

Terrible service – avoid at all costs! We’ve been waiting three weeks for our skip to be collected, despite being told every single day that it would be picked up “tomorrow.” We've called almost daily, and each time received the same empty promise. Nothing has been done. To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns, manager was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration—do not use this company.

Do not use this company. Keep far away from BN SKIPS. Ignoring customers. Need to push them and call a fev times to send driver with skip even was upfront booked. Cash taken upfront. Awaiting 3 weeks for collection. Not answering on emails. Call them over week ago and still nothing. The worse service ever experience. Prefer pay more for different company then use BM SKIPS again.

Fast delivery of the skip, but I have called multiple times about collection. They gave me multiple dates it would be collected on, which hasn’t happened. I won’t be using them again

Wow great service once again, Booked a skip in and was delivered by Shaun within 30 minutes of ordering, amazing service once again and will never consider any other company. Used a few times and never had any issues at all, Always ensure the skip is placed where we need it and that we are happy with the service.

Excellent Skip company, delivered bang on time the day before works began and collecting Monday having only had the skip since Thursday. All calls and dealings with the staff have been pleasant, courteous and friendly. This should be your one stop shop for skip hire !!!
