BMS Carpet Cleaners Helena

I have had an appointment for a couple weeks for today. Yesterday I received reminder email that they would be there at 8AM today, so I take off work to meet them, and no one shows up. I reply to email like it says to if I have any questions and still haven't gotten a reply. I called 3 times and leave voicemail and still haven't gotten a response. I call the same company but based out of Bozeman to see if maybe they can find something out for me. Lady was really nice and got back with me in about 30 minutes saying that the Helena branch that had the appointment wasn't going to be able to make it. This is an hour and a half after my appointment. It is now 12:00 and I still have not heard anything back from email or voicemails I have left them. They may do great work, but they cost me 3 hours of pay from my job and 2 hours of moving everything out of 2 bedrooms. I most definitely would not recommend. If they would have contacted me so I didn't waste my time and lost pay, I would not feel this way. It's not that hard to make a phone call.

Tonya and Owen were outstanding. Tonya quoted me a price that was $250 cheaper than the first company I called. She broke down the costs and even provided a Veteran discount. There were no hidden costs, the price she quoted was the price I was charged. Owen was a great communicator, very personable, on-time and took time to explain what he was going to do. Look no further, this is the team you want to clean your carpets. Plus, they do more than carpets.
