I had a major issue with my AC compressor and called Burris Mechanical Group. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The front office staff was very responsive and professional, making scheduling quick and easy. Kyle, was upfront and honest, taking time to explain all my options without any pressure. Fernando, the technician, did an outstanding job , he explained everything clearly, worked with care, and got my system running smoothly again. What impressed me most was how honest and transparent everyone at this company is. No upselling, no games , just quality work and true professionalism. I had such a great experience with Burris Mechanical. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to the other companies that I received quotes from. Kyle walked me through every option that would work for the room we were adding a mini split to, and what really impressed me was how much time they spent talking through all the aesthetic possibilities. I really appreciated that they cared just as much as I did about how everything would look, not just how it would work. They even helped me think through the exterior placement, which was a big deal for me. They knew I wanted it to look clean and intentional on the outside of the house, and they really took that into consideration when planning the install. On top of all that, Daniel and Mason were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and respectful the entire time. With so many companies out there — and trust me, I got multiple quotes — these little touches made a huge difference. They made the whole process easy, and they made me feel like my home actually mattered to them. Highly recommend!

This company is really great to deal with. We called and they came out the next morning bright and early, Daniel, the tech, had my problem diagnosed very quickly and gave us a couple viable options to go with. He wasn't pushy like a lot of Techs are when they come out they always try to give you the "Hard Sale," he wasn't like that and also offered some suggestions, no pressure type sale, just gave us the facts and variables and left us to make the decision. We appreciated that and did go with his recommendations. He returned a short while later with the parts and went right to work to get things replaced and our system back up and running correctly. You are always a little curious when starting with a new company, however, after talking with Kyle Burris, I felt more at ease and after all was said and done, I'm really glad we went with them and we even joined their monthly service plan too. I wasn't really thinking of doing that as the last company's plan that we had didn't really help us in the long run. My wife and I feel much better and think we are in good hands with BMG. I feel certain that we've made the right decision. Thanks guys you made our day.

2nd review. After doing an amazing job on the first install we had them back to fix a very complicated zoning system in our house that never worked properly to begin with. We can’t wait to finally have cold air upstairs in this Texas heat! They show up early and have a very cool app that you can track their arrival. Daniel & Mason did an excellent job. Kyle the owner took his time explaining what systems would work best in our house. He was very responsive & happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

My AC went out unexpectedly. Burris showed up on time and were so nice. It wasn't a big issue. But, it was certainly something I couldn't fix myself. The price was reasonable. Questions were answered quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service and more cordial service men. They even gave me tips to make sure I didn't have this problem again. Best service ever! I had them check over my unit as well.

Had a repair on an AC unit still under warranty. Super responsive company to work with and Mason was very professional and thorough in resolving the issue.

Fernando showed up within a couple of hours of my reaching out requesting seasonal maintenance/inspection of my heating system. He completed the inspection and I thought the charge was reasonable.

I had Kyle from Burris Mechanical Group come out to service our air conditioning unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. Kyle quickly figured out what was wrong with the unit and took the time to walk me through what he was doing, explaining the issue in a way that made sense. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. The AC is running perfectly now, and I’d definitely call Burris again and ask for Kyle. Great job!
