I had such a great experience with Burris Mechanical. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to the other companies that I received quotes from. Kyle walked me through every option that would work for the room we were adding a mini split to, and what really impressed me was how much time they spent talking through all the aesthetic possibilities. I really appreciated that they cared just as much as I did about how everything would look, not just how it would work. They even helped me think through the exterior placement, which was a big deal for me. They knew I wanted it to look clean and intentional on the outside of the house, and they really took that into consideration when planning the install.
