Our house is in Granger, IN. Our basement carpet was flooded due to a water leak from a clogged humidifier. Phil came in right away and worked professionally and diligently for two days. We are super satisfied with his work. Highly recommend.

My house is 75 years old and has a dirt crawl space which had not ever seen any moisture. Then a recent monster summer rainstorm flooded the crawl space for the first time ever. The dirt in my crawl space was now saturated and smelled awful, and the dampness and smell were coming through the floor into the house. I had no idea what to do, so I called BlueRed Restoration, because BlueRed advertised it could clean up water messes and mitigate problems caused by flooding. BlueRed responded immediately. My crawl space is hard access, but that did not stop them from literally crawling in the space and placing air moving equipment and dehumidifiers to dry it out. They explained that the drying process would take time and took care to ensure that I would not experience any mold, mildew, or smell. My crawl space is now dry as a bone without any residual issues. To have experts remove the dampness and make sure my house would be safe in the future gave me great peace of mind. I am glad I called BlueRed.
