Philip made a stressful situation easy to manage. He was thorough, communicated well throughout the mitigation process, and obviously has a lot of technical expertise in this area. He coordinated things very well with our insurance claims adjuster and provided a full, detailed and comprehensive report shortly after his work concluded. I would highly recommend Philip and BlueRed if you have a flooded basement, etc.

No other company would help us with the fire we had in my home. Bluered took the time to estimate ghe whole project for fire mitigation and repairs and worked with insurance to make sure we had the budget to complete everything. They stayed on budget and made all of the rooms so bright and cheery! Highly reccomend.

Came in like our best friend to help with water issue. Basement was wet, but no standing water when he got here. Our kids carried up all the wet furniture, etc. Quoted us approximately $2,500. BUT his charges were more than 3 times that.(After he knew how much coverage we had). He knew it was an insurance job right from the beginning. He wasn't happy with the insurance payment, so behind our back he filed a lien. I would NEVER use this company again.

This company was very good and came out quickly to address all of our issues. We live in south bend and needed mold to be removed in our ceiling. They removed mold and also reconstructed the ceiling. They took care of everything with a single quote and would highly recommend.

I called because my roof had been leaking and was worried about black mold. Philip responded quickly, checked the areas that showed some water damage, gave me some advice and did not charge me a fee. He was so kind and helpful. I give him a 5 star rating!!!
