I’m so glad I chose BlueRed Restoration. Philip’s team showed up quickly, treated my home with care, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies I called. The work was done right the first time, and they made a stressful situation feel manageable. If you want quality restoration work without outrageous costs, this is the company to call.

Philip made a stressful situation easy to manage. He was thorough, communicated well throughout the mitigation process, and obviously has a lot of technical expertise in this area. He coordinated things very well with our insurance claims adjuster and provided a full, detailed and comprehensive report shortly after his work concluded. I would highly recommend Philip and BlueRed if you have a flooded basement, etc.

Came in like our best friend to help with water issue. Basement was wet, but no standing water when he got here. Our kids carried up all the wet furniture, etc. Quoted us approximately $2,500. BUT his charges were more than 3 times that.(After he knew how much coverage we had). He knew it was an insurance job right from the beginning. He wasn't happy with the insurance payment, so behind our back he filed a lien. I would NEVER use this company again.

We cannot say enough about Philip and BlueRed Restoration. When a toxins test revealed that our daughter had an extremely high level of mold in her system, we jumped into action to find a company to help remediate our problem. After weeks of coordination, the national company we were working with unexpectedly dropped the project days before starting work and said that it was too much pressure to do the job right, and they didn’t feel confident. That’s when I found Philip at BlueRed. The day I called him, he spent close to an hour on the phone getting the details and explaining his process. He never made me feel rushed, and he validated how critical it was that we eradicated the mold. He was at our house within 2 days and spent close to 4 hours doing the initial inspection. He and his crew left no stone unturned. They were responsive to our phone calls (which were many). They understood our urgency and concern, and went above and beyond to ensure that our home would be safe moving forward for our daughter. They left the environment in immaculate condition and greatly respected our home and belongings. Our home has never been so clean! Once the project was done, they even loaded up a great deal of our trashed items that we had piled in the garage simply because they “had the room.” Obviously anyone working with a mold remediation/ emergency restoration company wants the job done well and efficiently. But we had so much more pressure knowing that our mold problem was actively contributing to our daughter’s illness. Philip and his team took that concern seriously and completed the job accordingly. BlueRed is a God-send and should be your first choice in all restoration services!

No other company would help us with the fire we had in my home. Bluered took the time to estimate ghe whole project for fire mitigation and repairs and worked with insurance to make sure we had the budget to complete everything. They stayed on budget and made all of the rooms so bright and cheery! Highly reccomend.
